Rosie was a cat that liked to visit me on a regular basis.While I did my art work , plein air, Rosie sat next to me, quietly gazing steadily at all objects that passed in front of him. He had the patience of Jobe. I was intrigued by his almost transparent ears, orange fur and calm demeanor . The original Oil Pastel of Rosie's has been been the recipient of a number of awards, the most recent of which being an entry in the 2011 hard bound publication, STROKES OF GENIUS 3. Prints of the original are available.
